2010 Montana Summer Institute in Big Sky, MT
July 14th- 16th, 2010 July 13th is an optional, pre-Institute course on social norms and positive community norms. The 2010 Summer Institute will offer an interactive, skill-building experience that focuses on the next level of social norms: The Positive Community Norms Model. With the assistance of other national leaders, Dr. Jeff Linkenbach will lead discussions and workshops where participants will practice applying all seven steps of the Montana Model. The optional one-day, pre-Institute session on July 13th is highly recommended for individuals who are new to the field or want an overview of the theory and practice of the Positive Community Norms model. The Montana Summer Institute is an opportunity for both beginners and advance practitioners to be revitalized and learn about the state of the art Positive Community Norms model. This year’s Institute will be held at the beautiful Big Sky Resort in Big Sky, MT in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. During the summer there is a plethora of activities to participate in while visiting Big Sky including hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, golfing, horseback riding, and many more. There is no better place to learn about wellness than in the fresh, clean air of a mountain resort. Please don’t hesitate to bring the family.
